Morning Ritual package

Welcome to starting your day off in a positive way.

Setting 5 minutes a side at the start of your day can impact your day in a positive light, which will allow more positivity to flow into your day.

5 minutes is more than enough, as long as you are really allowing yourself to be present you will reap the benefits.

The story behind this creation is one of my own journey.

The mornings for my household (like many) have always been a little chaotic, getting the kids ready for school, trying to have my morning coffee whilst emptying the dishwasher and then rushing out to get the children to school & myself to work.

Before even really starting off my day, I would feel flat out, felt like I never had time for me.

I decided to make a change.

I started to wake up slightly earlier so that I could make space for me. (Me time)

At first it was just to allow myself to have my coffee whilst it was hot & I sat down. After time I decided I wanted to add more to my morning & hear we are, it’s a ritual I now follow every morning,

I pop my kettle on whilst I light my Palo Santo to wake up my senses, light my candle & set an intention for the day, choose my crystal, read my quote, make a note of either a to do list or a reminder to myself (I love a to do list – writing it out allows my mind to make space for new thoughts to come in), then I finally sit down with my candle & my cuppa and just be. Once I’m ready to leave I cover my aura with a few sprays of Forever Gifted Cleansing Spray.

5 minutes of honouring your Mind, Body & Soul.

The idea is to have a designated area for your morning ritual.

I use my windowsill in my kitchen. (I spend a lot of my time there)

Candle – to light each morning whilst setting an intention, watch the flames for a few moments

Crystals - associated to each chakra – pick one crystal for your day ahead & sit with this crystal in your left hand while you drink your morning cuppa, smoothie, water etc. – you will absorb the energy of the crystal.

Cleansing Spray – uplift with reiki power – spray above your head & let the energy flow over your Aura.
