Welcome to Forever Gifted — I’m Filiz

I’m a certified Holy Fire Reiki Master/Teacher and holistic practitioner, offering Reiki, massage, crystal healing and a range of complementary healing practices. My work has evolved naturally over the years, guided by my own journey and a deep desire to support both the physical body and the soul.

At the heart of everything I do is balance — supporting the whole person, not just one part of us.

I’m a mum of two cheeky teenagers, light-hearted by nature, and I love connecting with new people, although I equally cherish quiet moments alone with my thoughts. Laughter is my favourite medicine, and I believe every day should hold at least a few good laughs. I adore stillness in nature and will happily dance or sing my heart out (even if singing definitely isn’t my strength!).

Fitness, rest, recovery and healing are all important parts of my own life, and I believe that looking after ourselves means caring for both our physical body and our emotional and energetic wellbeing.

A Snippet of My Journey

My love for crystals started when I was young, inspired by a childhood fascination with ancient Egypt. In my twenties, when I struggled with anxiety and panic attacks, I turned to crystals as part of my own healing journey. I also tried counselling, which helped me to a point, but I felt guided to continue exploring my own path of self-healing.

A few years later, during a major life transition, I found Reiki. It wasn’t very well known at the time, but something inside me felt called to try it — and it truly supported me through that period of my life.

I continued receiving Reiki regularly and eventually chose to study it so that I could offer the same sense of comfort, support and healing to others. To this day, I still have Reiki sessions myself because I genuinely love receiving Reiki and believe that being supported on our own journey is just as important as supporting others.

Over the years, my journey naturally led me to explore many different healing modalities and to develop my intuitive and psychic abilities. I have completed courses in Intuitive Tarot Reading, Psychic Development, Violet Flame Healing and Munay-Ki. While these aren’t all offered as stand-alone services, elements of what I’ve learned naturally weave into my work when appropriate, allowing me to intuitively support each person as an individual.

From Energy to the Physical Body

As my own healing journey continued, I began to feel drawn towards working with the physical body as well as the soul and energetic body.

Reiki had taught me so much about energy, presence and the importance of creating space for ourselves. But I started to feel that there was another piece of the puzzle — the physical body also holds so much of what we experience. Stress, tension, emotions and everyday life can all show up physically, and I wanted to explore how I could support people in a more holistic way.

This feeling naturally led me towards massage.

I trained in Indian Head Massage and Thai Foot Massage, and it felt like such a natural extension of the work I was already doing. Massage allows me to work in a more physical way, while Reiki and my other healing practices allow me to connect with the energetic and emotional side of wellbeing.

For me, the two beautifully complement one another.

The body and soul are not separate — they are connected.

My work is now about creating a space where I can support both. Sometimes you may need stillness and energetic healing. Sometimes your body is asking for physical relaxation and release. And sometimes you simply need a safe space to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing, and that is something I truly believe in.

My own children have also benefited so much from these practices, and sharing this with other families naturally led to the creation of Parent & Child Healing sessions.

Why I Created Forever Gifted

Forever Gifted was created from my desire to share the beauty and power of crystals, the transformative nature of energy healing, and my passion for supporting people on their personal journeys.

Over time, it has naturally grown into something more — a space where I can bring together the different things I’ve learned and the experiences that have shaped me, from Reiki and crystals to massage, breathwork, EFT and intuitive healing.

My intention is simple: to create a warm, welcoming space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself and receive the kind of support you need in that moment.

Whether you’re here to explore energy healing, enjoy a relaxing massage, discover crystals, work through something emotionally, or simply begin exploring your own journey of self-growth, you are warmly welcomed.

Everyone’s experience with healing is unique and shaped by their own life story. There is no right or wrong way to explore healing. For me, it is about approaching the work with kindness, openness and pure intention.
