About Me

Welcome to Forever Gifted — I’m Filiz

I am a certified Holy Fire Reiki Master/Teacher, Crystal Healer, Reiki Drum Master, Shamanic Healer, Indian Head Massage & Thai Foot Massage Practitioner, and a Breathwork & EFT Facilitator. I’m also passionate about offering a beautiful range of ethically sourced crystals for healing, support, and daily wellbeing.

Balance is at the heart of everything I do. I’m a mum of two cheeky teenagers, I’m light-hearted by nature, and I love connecting with new people—though I equally cherish quiet moments alone with my thoughts. Laughter is my favourite medicine, and I believe every day should hold at least a few good laughs. I adore stillness in nature, and I’ll happily dance or sing my heart out (even if singing isn’t my strength!). Fitness, rest, recovery, and healing all play a big part in my life.

A Snippet Of My Journey

My love for crystals started when I was young, inspired by a childhood fascination with ancient Egypt. In my twenties, when I struggled with anxiety and panic attacks, I turned to crystals for healing. I also tried counselling, which helped to a point, but I felt guided to continue my own path of self-healing.

A few years later, during a major life transition, I found Reiki. It wasn’t very well known at the time, but I felt called to try it—and it truly supported me through that period. I continued receiving Reiki regularly and eventually chose to study it so I could offer the same comfort and healing to others. I still to this day continue to go & have Reiki sessions as I really do love it.

Along my journey, I began exploring various healing modalities, developing my intuitive and psychic abilities. I have completed courses in Intuitive Tarot Reading, Psychic Development, Violet Flame Healing, and Munay-Ki. While not all of these are offered as stand-alone services, elements of them naturally weave into my healing work when needed to help guide others.

My own children have benefited so much from these practices, and sharing that with other families naturally led to Parent & Child Healing sessions.

Why I Created Forever Gifted

Forever Gifted allows me to share the beauty and power of crystals, the transformative nature of energy healing, and my passion for supporting others on their personal journeys. My mission is to guide others whether you’re here to explore energy healing, discover crystals, or begin your own journey of self-growth, you’re warmly welcomed. Forever Gifted is for everyone—no matter who you are or where you are on your path.

Everyone’s experience with healing is unique, shaped by their own life story. There is no right or wrong way to practise—only the importance of approaching it with pure intention.
