Crystal Healing combined with the life force energy of Reiki.
Crystal healing is based on working with the 7 main chakras and the New age chakras Soul star, stellar gateway Earth Star and Gaia Gateway chakra 

Crystal healing works in the same way as any other energy healing, but we primarily use the energy of the crystals to bring balance into ones life. 

As I am a reiki practitioner all crystals we work with will also have the beautiful & powerful energy of reiki infused in to each crystal. Super charging your crystal healing session. 

 Crystals work with the energy centres (chakras) to help remove energy blockages which help heal the mind, body and spirit. 

We will raise your vibration & renew your energy.

How are my healing sessions conducted
From the comfort of my healing cabin, come on in, relax, have a herbal tea and we will have a chat on how you are feeling and discuss any areas of concern.
Prior to starting our healing session we will discuss any areas of concern.
I will then ask specific questions, then conduct a body scan and also work intuitively to see which specific crystals is best suited for your healing.

I do not work with just the colour crystals associated to each chakra. There is a few stages prior to this, we must first Restore- Replenish and then we are able to Balance each chakra. 

In some sessions we may also feel drawn to go on a crystal journey. This is where we work with the energy of the crystal whilst meditating. This will allow for you to go on a beautiful journey with an intention set by you. 

We can also discuss the best crystals for you to work with at home to help you continue on with your healing.

Reiki
Sound

Once we have finished we will discuss anything that has been bought up throughout your session.

As always anything discussed about your personal life is kept in confidence.
All clients are advised to not drink caffeine or alcohol prior to & after your healing & to drink plenty of water to help release further toxins after your healing session.
