What can you expect from your session

You (the Client) are fully clothed however your neck & shoulders need to be free from clothing, (straps are to be pulled down),
A towel is provided for your modesty.
Protective eyewear must be worn throughout the Red Light Therapy portion of the treatment.

All clients are advised to refrain drinking caffeine/alcohol prior & after your session & to drink plenty of water to help release further toxins after your session.
SPF 30/50 is required for 24 hours after treatment.

Unsafe Conditions
Individuals with active cancer, epilepsy or lupus should avoid use or consult their doctor first, as light can trigger seizures or affect tissue.
