Reiki Energy Healing (Holy Fire)

Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin and can be done on any client at any age.

 The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words –
Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power"
&
Ki which is "life force energy".

Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is transferred through the practitioner to the patient to encourage emotional or physical healing.
We all have energy centres within our body known as chakras, overtime these may become congested which then can make us feel off balance.

What can you expect from a Reiki session
All healing experiences are dependent on the receiver, it all depends what you are going through in life and how you deal with your experiences. This is why no two people will ever have the same experience.

Through the process of receiving healing you may feel tingles, feeling like parts of your body are twitching or feeling weighted down, you may feel stagnant energy leaving your body, some may laugh or cry.
These are all forms of release that the body is riding of through the healing, and of course you will feel deeply relaxed.
Some clients may also experience deep visualisation.

After your session you may feel a burst of energy, emotional, sleepy, relaxed, can do attitude, high on life.
This is based on how the healing has helped clear & remove stagnant energy in your body and what is released.
Many clients have said they have experienced a well rested sleep after their sessions.

Hands on & hovering healing is conducted throughout your session - I will show you the placements prior to starting, if you prefer to not have hands on healing that is absolutely fine.
Lying down is preferable in Reiki but if you wish to be seated this again is no problem at all.

All clients are advised to refrain drinking caffeine or alcohol prior & after your healing & to drink plenty of water to help release further toxins after your healing session.

Healing is truly a beautiful process to changing you life.

How are my healing sessions conducted
From the comfort of my healing cabin, come on in, relax, have a herbal tea and we will have a chat on how you are feeling and discuss any areas of concern.
We will then start the healing session.
As always no two sessions are the same as its all dependent on what you require at that moment, of course the levels of Reiki energy will be the same.
Sessions may include
Breathing techniques
Guided meditations
Crystals
Sound

Distant Reiki sessions are just as blissful as having a face to face session.

 Receive distant healing any where & any time of the day - in between a lunch break, or before you start your day or just as your getting into bed. Find a comfotable spot, get cosy & relax.

 I personally like to conduct the session in face time so we literally feel like we are in the same space. You listen to the music I play and the sounds of any cleansing tools i use, So you can really feel the vibrations.  

We start by having a little chat - Then you place your phone flat - Lye down get comfy and lets start breathing - We then flow into the healing.

Once the healing has been given I will call you back & guess what. If you dont answer after a few times. I end the call and let you sleep. I will still pull an angel & affirmation card for you and then touch base later in the day or the next morning.

 If you come back to the space. We will pull an angel & affirmation card together and then discuss anything that may have come up.

In all Sessions, We will always cleanse prior to our session and finish off with an Angel card pull.
Once we have finished we will discuss anything that has been bought up throughout your session.

As always anything discussed about your personal life is kept in confidence.
